Casa U.G. is a comfortable flat overlooking the garden of Villa Angelina Holiday Homes. The area is central and therefore convenient for every service, a few minutes' walk from the sea and at the same time offering the tranquillity of an oasis in the green.
The flat, which has a reserved parking space inside the property and air conditioning, consists of a double bedroom large enough to accommodate two single beds for children/young people up to 18 years of age, a living area with a two-seater sofa bed and kitchenette, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The windows in the living area allow a direct view of the garden.
Villa Angelina's garden is shared with the other three flats in the accommodation and each flat has its own reserved area equipped with a sun umbrella, table and chairs for eating outside and deckchairs.
The area is strategic both for immersing oneself in the atmosphere of the western Ligurian Riviera and its characteristic hinterland and for visiting the Côte d'Azur of nearby France, Menton, Monte Carlo, Nice. A few kilometres away is the Calandre beach and the Hanbury Botanical Garden, a Unesco heritage site.
Important to know: children up to the age of 3 stay free if they sleep in their own personal cot/crib. Availability of a cot on request with an additional cost per child per stay to be paid on the spot; animals only on request and approval at the time of booking, with an additional cost per animal per stay to be paid on the spot and observance of the following rules: dogs always on a leash in the garden and accompanied outside the property to do their business.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
