The holiday accommodation is situated in a very sunny location in the middle of the small historic village of Testico, from where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the mountains and the Merula Valley all the way to the sea. The house was restored a few years ago and great care was taken to preserve its rustic character - typical of the medieval centre of the village. The grocery shop, bar, post office and bus stop are just a few steps away. The two popular restaurants in Testico offer typical Ligurian cuisine at good prices.

There are 3 floors in total, of which the upper two are equipped with heating (gas consumption = extra costs). On the lower floor, in addition to the bathroom and taverna, there is also an exit to the well-kept garden terrace, which can also be reached from outside (garden furniture and barbecue available).

The holiday accommodation offers space for up to 5 people and a small child. It consists of - entrance to the living area (satellite TV) and kitchen (fridge, coffee machine, gas hob, oven) with balcony - large bathroom with WC, shower and whirlpool bath (washing machine) - bedroom with double bed on the upper floor with balcony (additional pull-out bed possible on request) - further smaller attic room with 2 beds (additional cot for child up to 4 years possible on request) - further bathroom with shower and WC - cosy rustic tavern on the lower floor

The area offers many opportunities for hiking, mountain biking, trekking and the sea and beaches are only about 18 km away. Numerous cyclists use the roads around Testico for their training almost all year round. Popular excursion destinations by car include the "Caves of Toirano", Alassio, Sanremo, Genoa, Nice and Monaco.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
