Located in Sarzana, at the mouth of the River Magra near the harbour, the tourist complex enjoys a peaceful setting surrounded by nature. It lies about 5 km from the centre of Sarzana and roughly 4 km from the sea and its sandy beaches, with shops located approximately 3 km away. From June to September, a shuttle bus operates at scheduled times, providing convenient transport to and from the beach for guests.

The accommodation features an interior space of approximately 32 m² with an adjoining covered veranda. Inside, there is a sleeping area with a double bed made up of two single beds, and a second bedroom with two single beds. The living area includes a kitchenette and a single sofa bed, providing an additional sleeping place. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC. The covered veranda is furnished with a table and chairs, offering a pleasant outdoor seating area.Amenities inside include a bathroom with shower, satellite TV, hairdryer, air conditioning, and heating compliant with local standards. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
