The property is situated in the charming seaside town of Santa Margherita Ligure, renowned for its scenic beaches, pastel-colored villas, cozy cafés, and artisanal shops. The historic center, marina, and waterfront promenade are all within a short 3-minute walk, making it easy to enjoy the town’s vibrant atmosphere. Set on the second floor of a historic four-story building, it provides a comfortable and inviting base for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. The nearest international airport is Genoa Cristoforo Colombo Airport (GOA), approximately a 40-minute drive from the apartment.

Inside, guests can unwind in the apartment’s bright and comfortable open-plan living area, which includes a compact kitchen. The space is furnished with a sofa, dining table, and a Smart flat-screen TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer for convenient self-catering.

Convenience is close at hand, with a supermarket and two restaurants only a minute away, as well as a lively Saturday market offering fresh produce, regional specialties, and handcrafted goods. For excursions, guests can enjoy day trips to the famous Portofino harbour (10-minute drive or a 1-hour coastal hike), the scenic beaches of Rapallo (9-minute drive), the charming coastal areas of Boccadasse and Vernazzola (both around 35 minutes by car), and the colourful fishing village of Camogli (25-minute drive).

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
