Nestled in a peaceful pedestrian zone close to the city’s cultural hub, it’s the perfect option for a city getaway or a beach holiday with a friend. The nearest international airport, Nice Côte d'Azur, is about a 50-minute drive away.

Located on the first floor of a charming three-story historic building, this practical retreat offers a bright open-plan living area. It is furnished with a double sofa bed, an additional sofa, a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe, and a dining table.

The space also includes a compact kitchen equipped with a coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, and a fridge. The living room provides additional sleeping arrangements with a double sofa bed. The bathroom features a shower, a bidet, a washbasin, and a WC.

Guests will also find many historical monuments nearby, such as the Museo Civico di Sanremo (5 minutes walk), Porticato Della Pigna (6 minutes), Anfiteatro San Costanzo and La Pigna di Sanremo (both 8 minutes walk) and the Fontana Artistica Monumentale dei Giardini Regina Elena (12 minutes walk).

The city is famous for its stunning beaches, the closest being Italo Calvino Beach, just a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Adventurers can explore the Lungomare Sanremo trail on foot or hire bikes from nearby shops for further exploration.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
