Located on the second floor of a charming three-story historic building, this apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, offering a convenient base for exploring the lively city of Sanremo. Ideally situated near the town center, it provides easy access to local attractions and amenities. The nearest international airport, Nice Côte d'Azur, is approximately a 50-minute drive away.

The apartment features a cosy open-plan living space furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. This area also incorporates the kitchen, fitted with a coffee machine, an oven, a cooker hob and a fridge freezer.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
