The apartment is part of a modern residence with a communal pool and is perfect for families or friends, accommodating up to four guests. Just a 6 minute drive from Boca Beach and a 15 minute drive from the charming old town of La Pigna, with its cobbled streets and lovely family-run restaurants, the apartment is well connected to main amenities, with supermarkets and other services nearby. The nearest airport is Nice, about an hour's drive away, while Genoa airport is about 2 hours and 15 minutes from the apartment.
 

This second-floor apartment (with lift) offers and open-plan living area, furnished with a contemporary L-shaped sofa and a dining table. Large windows give a panoramic view of the sea. The kitchen is off the dining area and well-equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge/freezer.

Bedroom: The attractive master bedroom, which opens onto the dining terrace, is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed.

The modern bathroom has a shower, basin, bidet and WC.

Supermarkets and other essential services are also nearby.Sanremo is famous for the annual Sanremo Music Festival, held in late February or early March, and the Rally Sanremo, held in October. With its mild climate, Sanremo is a year-round destination perfect for relaxation.For those looking for more activity, there is the Ponente Ligure cycle path, which runs for 24 km along the coast. It's ideal for families and offers a scenic route for cycling, rollerblading, scooting or skateboarding, with plenty of cafes and restaurants for a leisurely stop along the way.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
