Kitchen-/living room (oven, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle). Exit to the veranda. Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Beautiful view of the sea and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: 1 pet/ dog allowed. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
