Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Beautiful view of the resort. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house. Very cosy terraced house. In the centre of San Biagio della Cima 4 km from the centre of Vallecrosia, 7 km from the centre of Ventimiglia, 18 km from the centre of Sanremo, 4.5 km from the sea. 100 m footpath to the house. Public parking 150 m on the road. Grocery 600 m, supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 500 m, bar 300 m, bakery 600 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Vallecrosia" 4 km, pebble beach 4 km. Please note: car recommended.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
