Situated in a quiet residential area of Loano, the property features a main building and a smaller annex with four apartments, all set within a spacious green park. The complex has been partially renovated and includes a reception with a Wi-Fi area, a large garden with a children’s playground, and a swimming pool with sun loungers. A free shuttle service is available to and from the beach.

The residence is located about 1,200 meters from both the sea and the town center of Loano, and just 400 meters from shops, bars, and restaurants. The railway station is approximately 1.6 kilometers away.

This inviting two-room apartment of approximately 30 square meters is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to four guests. The interior features a comfortable bedroom and a mezzanine, along with a bright living area furnished with a double sofa bed that can be prepared as a double or twin. The open-plan kitchenette is fully equipped for everyday convenience, while the bathroom includes either a shower or a bathtub and a private WC.

Some apartments are arranged on two levels or feature all sleeping spaces in one room, such as bunk beds, offering a variety of layouts to suit different needs.

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
