Situated in a quiet residential area of Loano, the property features a main building and a smaller annex with four apartments, all set within a spacious green park. The complex has been partially renovated and includes a reception with a Wi-Fi area, a large garden with a children’s playground, and a swimming pool with sun loungers. A free shuttle service is available to and from the beach.

The residence is located about 1,200 meters from both the sea and the town center of Loano, and just 400 meters from shops, bars, and restaurants. The railway station is approximately 1.6 kilometers away.

A comfortable two-room apartment of about 40–46 m², accommodating up to six people. It features a double bedroom, a mezzanine with a double bed, and a living area with a double sofa bed—some apartments also include a bunk bed.

The space offers a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom with either a shower or a bathtub. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a fridge, microwave, hair dryer, bidet, and wardrobe. A baby cot is available on request for an additional fee.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
