The combined living and sleeping area is furnished with two sofa beds, a TV, a dining table, and a comfortable seating area. A separate bedroom with a double bed and a modern bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, bidet, and hairdryer ensure added comfort.
Depending on the apartment's location, you can enjoy relaxing hours on the balcony or terrace. Air conditioning and heating guarantee a pleasant indoor climate year-round. Garden furniture, parking, and a shared swimming pool complete the amenities. The outdoor pools, pool bar, and sunbathing area with two loungers and a parasol per apartment are open from mid-April to October.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
