This stylish, first-floor apartment is located in the heart of the picturesque town of Laigueglia. It’s ideal for families or groups of friends looking to explore Liguria’s sandy beaches and scenic hills.Laigueglia is one of the more peaceful resorts along the Ligurian Riviera. It remains an active fishing village and retains its authentic charm. The nearest airport is Genoa Airport, approximately one hour and twenty minutes away by car.

The apartment is accessed via a short flight of steps along the side of the building. Upon entry, a central hallway leads to most of the rooms. The bright and spacious open-plan living area offers uninterrupted sea views and features a stylish nautical-inspired décor. A modern blue sofa and matching armchair provide a cosy seating area, complemented by a flat-screen TV and a dining table that comfortably seats six. At the rear of the space, the sleek, fully fitted kitchen includes a breakfast bar island—perfect for casual meals. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and a coffee maker.

Laigueglia is one of the more peaceful resorts on the Ligurian coast, known for its authentic charm and timeless appeal. Still an active fishing village, you can often see fishermen repairing their nets along the harbourfront. The town has repeatedly been named one of the most beautiful in Italy. With its pedestrian-only streets and lively squares, it’s perfect for a relaxing evening stroll. The local beach boasts clean, fine sand, and a walk along the scenic seafront is not to be missed. Several other beautiful beaches are also nearby.

The vibrant town of Alassio is just a 10-minute drive away or easily accessible by train. Laigueglia’s railway station is just a 3-minute walk from the apartment. Alassio’s popular Saturday morning market is ideal for picking up fresh local produce to enjoy back at the apartment. For everyday needs, Laigueglia also offers a good selection of small shops and supermarkets within walking distance.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
