Located on the fourth floor of a contemporary building with elevator access, it offers easy access to all that Genoa has to offer. Its excellent location allows guests to easily explore Genoa on foot. They can wander through historic palaces and charming squares, as well as the lively, recently revitalized Old Port. The apartment is surrounded by numerous restaurants and cafés and is close to Genoa’s top attractions. Genoa’s international airport is just a 20-minute drive away.

The magnificent Romanesque Cathedral of San Lorenzo is only a 2-minute stroll away, and the iconic Piazza de Ferrari can be reached in just 3 minutes on foot. With San Giorgio metro station just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, exploring the city is quick and convenient. Many museums and galleries are also easily accessible by foot.

Genoa is renowned for its exceptional cuisine, offering dining options to suit every budget. For an authentic taste of the city’s culinary culture, the best place to go is the Mercato Orientale on Via XX Settembre, just a 13-minute walk away. Additionally, street markets are held daily in various parts of the city.

The vibrant Porto Antico area is only 10 minutes away on foot. This lively waterfront hub features cultural events, restaurants, shops, and even an outdoor swimming pool. The impressive Aquarium of Genoa, just an 8-minute walk from the apartment, is also well worth a visit.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
