Casa Rossetti is a cosy one-bedroom apartment located in Genoa, in the quiet neighbourhood of Priaruggia, in the eastern part of the city and a few minutes' walk from the beach. The flat is located on the fourth floor of a building in a panoramic and sunny position. It consists of a large living room with an open kitchen, a double bedroom complete with wardrobe and desk, and a modern bathroom with a hydro-massage bathtub used as a shower and bidet. A lovely furnished balcony with a pleasant sea view completes the accommodation. The location is certainly a point in favour of the accommodation. The neighbourhood is residential, well-kept, with all the main services at hand and just a few metres from the train station, so that you can easily reach the centre. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
