Holiday House Stella is a cosy and bright house located in Nepi, in the province of Viterbo. Ideal for families or groups of friends, with ample indoor and outdoor space, Holiday House Stella has two floors; on the lower floor there is a large living area with a single sofa bed, an open kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms both with air conditioning and access to a first porch and a single bedroom also with access to a second porch. A relaxation area and a second bathroom complete the ground floor. The rooms are very bright and characterised by clean lines and a minimalist design with white walls that reflect natural light. Attention to detail is perceived in every corner of the house, with a harmonious colour palette and quality materials, making the environment elegant and welcoming. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
