Casa del Pescatore is a cosy and comfortable flat located on the first floor of a small building a few steps from the Cogoleto seafront. The accommodation comprises an entrance into a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, a kitchen with access to a balcony and a bathroom with shower and bidet. Casa del Pescatore has been recently renovated and is equipped with every comfort, has Wi-Fi and a ceiling fan in every room. In the vicinity there are numerous services, the seafront and the centre of Cogoleto are just a few metres away on foot, and the proximity of the station makes it possible to reach numerous destinations and points of interest in just a few minutes.

The historical centre of Cogoleto is characterised by narrow cobbled streets, typical of Ligurian architecture, and ancient churches and historical palazzi. Cogoleto is a place that lends itself very well to being discovered on foot, with beautiful walks either along the seafront or in the historic centre or with excursions into the surrounding nature. The Beigua Park is a nature reserve in the vicinity of Cogoleto and is ideal for nature lovers and hikers. There are many paths winding through the mountains, with incredible panoramic views of the coast. Casa Del Pescatore is the ideal starting point to discover the Ligurian territory, the beautiful coastline and the delights of the local cuisine.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
