Blu Cogo is a bright and cosy flat located a stone's throw from the beach in Cogoleto. The accommodation consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with dining area, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
Blu Cogo is located in a quiet and characteristic street in the heart of this charming Ligurian village, a few steps from the sea. The street is in a residential area that manages to combine the serenity of a quiet corner with the convenience of being close to everything the town has to offer. Within a few minutes' walk, in fact, you can reach the beach, which in summer turns into a meeting point for those seeking relaxation in the sun or a stroll along the seafront.
As you walk along the street, you can feel the proximity to the city centre, which is only a few hundred metres away, where you can find local shops, typical restaurants and cafés overlooking the sea, ideal for enjoying an ice cream or an aperitif with a view. Cogoleto's cultural and historical attractions, such as the Church of San Lorenzo or the Museo del Mare, are also within easy walking distance, allowing the town's heritage to be explored at leisure.
The route to the sea is quite easy, but the real charm of the area lies in the intimate atmosphere that characterises Via Gioiello and its surroundings. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
