The holiday apartment is located in a beautifully renovated 15th-century natural stone building. It is situated on the provincial road, famous for the Milan-San Remo cycling classic. The terrace offers a magnificent view of Cipressa, the sea, and our unique Saracen (pirate) tower. Adjacent to the terrace is a small but fully equipped kitchen. Thirteen steps lead from the living room, with its vaulted ceiling and French doors offering stunning sea views, as well as from the bedroom and bathroom, to the terrace. The entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor. A loading zone is located at the house, and parking is available.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
