The road through the Pineland district is lit night and day and is low-traffic, with cottages and olive trees all around. The climate is extraordinarily mild in both summer and winter, and the sea is very close by. The nearest locality is Loano, characterised by the chic worldliness of its seafront promenade, the famous marina of the Porto Turistico and the long, equipped beaches. A few minutes away are the jewels of the Riviera delle Palme such as Finale Ligure, Noli, Borgio Verezzi and Varigotti.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
