The Space
Modern and well-furnished, the one-bedroom apartment is appreciated for its strong shabby chic feel in the living room and corner kitchen: particularly delicate are the jars, bowls and candle holders, the cupboard for crockery and the lamp next to the flat-screen TV; the illustrations decorating the walls take up bucolic and artpop themes, and beautiful cement tiles stand out above the splashback. The predominant colour is white, counterbalanced by the sea blue of the sofa and the red of some illustrations. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
