Wine House is a spacious and cosy flat located on the fourth floor of a small building a few minutes from the centre and the Arenzano seafront. The flat consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with dining area and access to a small balcony, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Wine House offers every comfort, including Wi-Fi and air conditioning, and has a convenient private car park. The accommodation is located in a quiet and well-located residential area, allowing easy access to Arenzano's main points of interest, including the beach, the town centre and numerous historical and natural sites.

The Church of Santi Nazario e Celso and the Sanctuary of Nostra Signora delle Olivete are about a 20-minute walk away, while nearby is also the Villa Negrotto Cambiaso Park, a charming public park ideal for a stroll or to relax in the greenery. The Villa, a historic noble residence, is also an important cultural centre in the area. A few minutes' walk takes you to the Arenzano beach area, where you can enjoy the crystal-clear waters and facilities dedicated to summer tourism. The seaside promenade is particularly pleasant and scenic.
The centre of Arenzano, with its main square and harbour, is also easily accessible on foot or by car. Numerous shops, bars and restaurants can be found here, creating a lively atmosphere, especially on hot days.
For nature lovers, there are numerous paths in the vicinity that lead to the hills and higher areas of Arenzano, from where one can admire a magnificent panorama of the Riviera and the Ligurian hinterland. Some of these paths also connect to the Beigua Park, one of Liguria's most fascinating natural parks.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
