Please note: The flat is located in the historical centre of Alassio, where cars are not allowed (therefore parking is not available). Access to the property is via 15 steps (no lift).

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
