The apartment is located in Alassio, a delightful seaside resort on the Ligurian coast of Italy that seamlessly combines natural beauty with lively local charm. The apartman is an ideal holiday home for four people, just a 3 minute walk from the beach and close to the town centre, making it suitable for visitors of all ages. Alassio is well connected, with convenient transport links, including a nearby train station, offering easy access to explore the stunning Ligurian region.

The apartment, located on the second floor (with elevator access), features an open-plan living and dining area, with French windows leading to a private balcony. The living space includes a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a stylish dresser. Adjacent to this, there is a dining table that seats 4 people. At the rear of the room is a modern kitchen, fully equipped with a cooker hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and coffee machine.

Bedroom: The spacious master bedroom has a double bed, extensive cupboards and French windows leading out to a small balcony.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed. There is also a wardrobe for storage.

The modern bathroom has a glass shower, basin, washing machine and WC.

Alassio's stunning beaches are just the beginning of what this charming town has to offer. A visit to the gardens of the Villa della Pergola is highly recommended, as is the Muretto di Alassio, a wall decorated with tiles bearing the signatures of famous visitors like Ernest Hemingway and Jean Cocteau.

For those who prefer self-catering, the weekly market (held on Saturdays) offers an abundance of fresh, local produce to take home. Alternatively, there are plenty of smaller shops and supermarkets within easy reach.

The nearest airport is Genoa, which is about a 1 hour and 15-minute drive from the apartment, while Alassio's railway station is just a 15-minute walk away.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
