The Farmhouse or "Casa Contadina" in Italian, is simply furnished and restored with taste and finesse, and overlooks an old and authentic peasant courtyard with all its charm. Don't be surprised if you come across typical country house animals: dogs, cats and even geese will be able to keep you company during your stay. The interior of the house has a large living room with a well-equipped kitchen that combines old tradition and modernity: do you prefer to prepare dinner on the wood stove or on the electric hob? The choice is yours! The master double bedroom is large and comfortably furnished. There is also a sofa bed which allows you to sleep 2 additional persons. Wi-Fi, air conditioning or heating and flat-screen TV complete the comfort of your stay. The apartment is suitable for a couple as well as a family of 3 or 4 people. Outside, next to the entrance, you will find a small romantic terrace where you will surely enjoy more than only one glass of wine.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
