This finely furnished wooden chalet is located in the heart of Etruria in the protected area of the Parco dei Due Laghi (Bracciano Martignano) near the commune of Trevigano Romano. With its beautiful garden and a splendid view of the surrounding hills, this is the perfect place to get away from it all.

The kitchen is fully equipped, large living room with fireplace, ground floor study (bedroom), bathroom with shower, utility room with washing machine. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor with 2 double bedrooms with bathroom with bath and shower, balcony with panoramic view. The upper floor has 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a balcony with views of the surrounding hills. Total of 5 double bedrooms, a single sofa bed and 3 bathrooms, 2 with shower and one with bath. Baby bed on request.
Rome only 35 km away. 5 minutes away Trevigano Romano, beach on the lake, 10 minutes drive Odescalchi Castle in Bracciano. Nearby are the necropolis of Tarquinia and the medieval town of Viterbo, Villa Lante in Bagnaia hamlet of Viterbo and the Farnese Palace in Caprarola only 20 minutes away. The historic centre of Sutri with its amphitheatre is 5 minutes away. Just around the corner are the two lakes, Bracciano and Martignano, which give the park its name.
The location is typical northern construction but we are very close to the capital Rome, only 30 minutes away. One pet is allowed, but must behave in a civilised and well-behaved manner.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
