On the ground floor, connected to the upper floor by a cherry wood spiral staircase, is the living room with kitchenette, fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, double sofa bed and SAT TV, stereo system, Wi-Fi, fireplace and a bathroom with shower. The French window in the living room leads directly onto the large sea-view terrace furnished with table and chairs and a charming shade sail over the dining area. Another completely independent bedroom with double bed, panoramic window and air conditioning is located outside the villa. On the terrace there is an outdoor, sheltered shower with hot water, barbecue and outdoor washing machine. The furnishings are neat and refined (iroko parquet and Vietri ceramic tiles). The house is air-conditioned with heat pump elements to enjoy it, together with the fireplace in the living room, even during the winter period.

Ideal for those who love tranquillity and the pleasure of a sea-view location 5 km from the centre of Sperlonga and its sandy beaches, not forgetting the neighbouring archaeological and tourist sites.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
