Terraced villa in the centre of Sperlonga, only 600 m from the beach and 500 m from the beautiful old village. Set in a context of recently built villas, it has driveway access with the possibility of two parking spaces along the private road and independent pedestrian access.

The villa is spread over two floors with entrance into the living room with sofa and TV, kitchen equipped with all comforts and full bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the upper floor the sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, a large triple bedroom, a bathroom with bath, toilet and bidet. From the balcony you can enjoy the sea view. Washing machine, dishwasher, oven, satellite TV, heating, air-conditioned bedrooms. Small animals allowed on request only.

Two large outdoor areas, at the front of the house and at the back on the kitchen side, are furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers for enjoying life in the open air.

You can reach both the beach and the beautiful historic centre on foot in a few minutes! 2 parking spaces on the street available free of charge. This house is located in the new Restricted Traffic Zone established by the municipality of Sperlonga. In order to access it with your car, please contact us a week before your arrival so that we can explain the procedure for granting access authorisation.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
