The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace. The beautiful beaches of Sabaudia and Terracina are only 25 kilometers away and a few kilometers further south is the pretty seaside town of Sperlonga. There are beautiful hiking trails around the house, for example in the beautiful, nearby national nature parks. The picturesque center of medieval Sonnino is 2.3 km away and is home to many nice restaurants and bars. At 8 km from the house is the train station of Priverno-Fossanova, where you can park for free and travel by train for 5.10 euros (2023) to the central station in Rome within 53 minutes. Depending on the season, there are also fast connections to Naples and other cities.

All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning and central heating. You can enjoy a good book by the fireplace in the living room, in the master bedroom or by the wood-burning stove in the television corner. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
