The kitchen has a modern kitchen unit with everything you need for preparing meals: a gas stove, a dishwasher, an electric oven, a fridge and freezer, as well as a washing machine and a table with chairs. Crockery, cooking utensils and an espresso pot are provided. The living room is cosy and has a sofa bed for two people, a dining table, chairs and a TV. A single bed can be added on request. The bathroom has a WC with a bidet function, a spacious shower cubicle and a washbasin.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
