The flat is on two levels: from the street level you go up to the first level composed of living room with sofa bed and TV, dining area, small equipped kitchen, large double bedroom and 2 bathrooms with shower. On the upper floor living area with sofa, double bedroom and bathroom with hydro-massage shower. Large terrace, partly covered, equipped with tables, chairs and outdoor sink. With wood-beamed ceilings and vietri ceramic floors, the flat is particularly suitable for guests who appreciate the charm of historic residences, accompanied by an exceptional view of monuments and landscape and a comfortable set of amenities. In fact, the house is equipped with a television, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, hob, oven and air conditioning in the living area. Small animals are allowed on request. The flat is suitable for a family of up to 7 persons.

Please communicate your arrival time in advance. An assistant will meet the guests. Check in from 15.00 to 19.00.The house is located in the Gaeta Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). For our guests with a car, we provide a free of charge SOSTA BLU car permit, which allows both access to the ZTL and the possibility to park in all the "blue stripes" areas inside the ZTL. The permit is issued by our Assistants when the keys are handed over to you, subject to your notification 7 days in advance of arrival of the number plate and exact model of your car. Please note we can only provide ONE access/parking permit and the parking space is never bookable/reservable. In case of arrival with two or more cars/motor vehicles, please contact us at least 7 days before arrival.

The Gaeta coastline, with its 7 beaches, is once again this year among the most beautiful seaside destinations in the whole of Lazio, and has been awarded the Blue Flag recognition: 10 kilometres of beach interspersed only with small inlets and rocky peaks, stretching from the slopes of Montagna Spaccata to the suggestive caves of Sperlonga. Fine-grained light-coloured sand, clear sea and dense Mediterranean vegetation to surround it: these are the ingredients that make this coastline unique for an unforgettable holiday.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
