Located within a modern residential centre of small villas, all semi-detached, with independent access and garden, along the coastal strip between Sperlonga (10 km) and Terracina (6 km).
Approximately 400 metres from the white sandy beach, with equipped areas with bathing establishments and free. About 1 km from the shopping centre, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, with a large communal park within the residence with a bowling alley and volleyball court. Because of its location, a car is advisable.

Villa Rosa dei Venti has the practicality of the house being all on one floor with French windows opening directly onto the lawned garden. The presence of fencing and a large access gate ensures guests security and privacy. Equipped with independent heating, it is suitable for holidays all year round.
The house has a living room with open kitchen, dining area, sofa bed and TV. There is a double bedroom with window, a twin bedroom with French window overlooking the garden with a bunk bed and the possibility of adding a third bed, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Free Wi-Fi.

The outdoor area is equipped to enjoy life in the open air: covered patio with table, chairs and bench. Sun loungers in the English garden, outdoor shower, barbecue.

Ideal for those who like to regenerate in the tranquillity without renouncing to the proximity of the neighbouring tourist centres: Terracina (Km 12) with its Roman and medieval ruins, the port, the long white sandy beaches; outside the town, on the top of Mount Sant'Angelo, there is the ancient sanctuary of Jupiter Anxur.
Nearby is the Circeo National Park, located a few kilometres from the city; Sperlonga (km 11) with its characteristic historical centre, marina and sandy beaches; Gaeta (km 25) with its monuments, the Monte Orlando Park with its Bourbon military strongholds and beautiful beaches.
In the pizzerias and restaurants of the resorts, you can enjoy typical specialities, especially fish dishes, with fine wines and national and foreign beers.
Rome and Naples can be reached in just over an hour. Ferries to the Pontine islands.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
