The villa, created from the renovation of a 16th century watermill belonging to Duke Galeazzo Farnese, nephew of Pope Paul III, stands on the banks of the Olpeta river. it is set in a fully fenced garden of about 1000 square metres, with barbecue, oven and parking spaces
The villa consists of a large living room, kitchen, and bathroom on the ground floor and two double bedrooms with French beds and their bathrooms on the primp floor
Outside there is a large garden of 1000 square metres and parking spaces. In the garden, there is also a shower for use by those who wish to exercise in the garden and bathe in the river.
It is located in the Latium Maremma, bordering a 2700-hectare regional park with archaeological sites and Etruscan sites. The thermal baths of Saturnia and Viterbo are 40 km away.
It is 120 km from Rome and 150 km from Florence. It enjoys particular tranquillity and is ideal for cycling (5 free bikes available), trekking and the like. The Tyrrhenian Sea is 30 km away and Lake Bolsena 12 km.
