The “Arco” apartment by the Arch is an independent house in the historic village of Celleno, one of the most exclusive hamlets of Tuscia, just one hour north of Rome. The house's name comes from the beautiful historic arch situated next to it and leading into the village of Celleno directly to the suggestive "Orsini Castle", which is numerous tourists from all over the world every year. The surface of the house is a total of 46 square meters, spread over 2 levels and the entire apartment is newly renovated. The ground floor has a living room and an open space kitchen overlooking the impressive valley of Celleno. The kitchen is equipped with all crockery and appliances. On the first floor there is a spacious double bedroom and a windowed bathroom with a very comfortable shower. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
