The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden (fenced), fitness equipment, a swimming pool (private), a barbecue and an air conditioner. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

For the period October/April to the indicated price must be added the cost of gas for heating, to be calculated on the basis of actual consumption and to be paid on the spot.

The villa is on one floor, large, bright and cosy living room, with dining area, sitting room, fireplace area, study area, eat-in kitchen complete with all appliances, 3 double bedrooms, 1 additional bedroom with sofa bed, 2 bathrooms with bath and shower. Large garden, private 6x12 swimming pool, gazebo, large furnished porch with lounge and dining area. Ping pong table and barbecue are at guests' disposal.

Lake Bracciano about 15 km, sea about 25 km. Entrance to a nature park a few hundred metres away. Thermal baths and restaurant about 1 km away. At 15 km the towns of Tolfa and Allumiere full of interesting attractions, at 25 km the city of Civitavecchia with station and port, at 40 km the city of Viterbo and at 45 km Rome.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
