BELLAVISTA HOLIDAYS is a holiday farm in central Italy, on the border between Lazio and Tuscany. Surrounded by unspoilt countryside, it is located on a hilltop about 300 metres above sea level. It boasts a panoramic position with views of Monte Amiata, Monte Cetona and the Monte Rufeno Nature Reserve.

Located on the ground floor, the Casetta (a small independent flat) sleeps two and is about 40 square metres. It has a veranda with table and chairs, an entrance hall with kitchen equipped with TV and sofa, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower (washbasin, WC - no bidet) and a 30-square-metre panoramic terrace furnished with table, chairs and sunshade.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
