Cara Pace: House with veranda overlooking the park The flat is about three minutes' drive from the sea, while the historic centre of Rimini with its monuments and shopping attractions can be reached in ten minutes. The nearest entrance to the Rimini Trade Fair is 1 kilometre away and can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. For the various destinations you can use the bus that stops right in front of the house. Our accommodation gives peace of mind to families with children, couples, business and leisure travellers. If you have pets in tow, please contact the owner in advance.
The flat is about ninety square metres, renovated in detail and comfortable. You are welcomed into a large room with a living room and kitchen equipped with every comfort. A short corridor will give you access to the other rooms: two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a study. One room has a double bed, the other has two single beds, one located on the floor and the other accessible via convenient stairs. It is possible to add a fifth bed that can be placed at will in one of the larger rooms of the house.
Guests will have the entire flat at their disposal. They can enjoy relaxing under the veranda and stroll through the wooded park in front of the entrance, in the centre of which is an artificial pond with fish and a small waterfall.
The outdoor area is particularly suitable for birthday parties or other celebrations for all ages.
For lovers of road biking, mountain biking and trekking, there are many paths and trails along the Marecchia River (less than five minutes' drive away) and in the surrounding hills.
