The holiday home for 12 persons has seven bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with six televisions and a stereo. In addition there is an elevator, a garden, an air conditioner, a patio and a set of garden furniture and there are two swimming pools. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with seven hairdryers, seven bidets, eight showers, ten washbasins and ten toilets.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker (espresso machine), an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher.

The property overlooks a stunning hilly landscape, whose colors change beautifully with the seasons. The furnishings and finishes are all of superior quality and Italian craftsmanship.

You will feel as if you are in paradise. The fully fenced garden ensures safety and privacy. The heated double infinity pool (May, June, September, October), ozone-sanitized, is a true gem, featuring hydromassage jets and a shallow beach area with bubbling water. Enjoying warm, illuminated night swims will be an unforgettable experience. The pool area is equipped with an outdoor lounge, sun loungers, and umbrellas.

The ground floor is entirely dedicated to living areas: a spacious living room with sofas and a large smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen where it is a pleasure to cook together and prepare Italian-style dinners, or alternatively request a private chef. The villa is also ideal for those who need to focus or work while on vacation, as it offers a small study with a monitor and Wi-Fi. On this floor, there are also two guest bathrooms and one bathroom with a washing machine.

The sleeping area is located on the upper floors, accessible by stairs or elevator. All bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms. Every area of the villa is equipped with air conditioning, and each bedroom features a TV, minibar, and safe. Two bedrooms on the first floor are connected, offering added comfort for families with children. The two single bedrooms on the second floor include dedicated spaces for work or meditation, or areas designed for children’s activities. This more private section of the house does not interfere with the other living areas.

Upon arrival, guests will find a small selection of seasonal fruit and vegetables, as well as juices from the property’s own farm, available in the kitchen, along with local wine, water, and a welcome aperitif.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
