Cosy, rustic 3-family house "Ester", 533 m a.s.l., 3 storeys, surrounded by trees. In a secluded, sunny position, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: natural garden (fenced), meadow 6 ha (fenced), swimming pool with privacy (12 x 6 m, depth 80 - 80 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bar 5 km, bus stop 5 km. Nearby attractions: Bologna 60 km, Pistoia 43 km, Porretta Terme 5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Sestola 40 km, Abetone 55 km. Please note: car recommended. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
