The apartment is a spacious accommodation in Sorrento, located just minutes from the beach. With three bedrooms, it comfortably hosts up to six guests. Situated in Piazza Tasso, the vibrant heart of Sorrento, the apartment offers easy access to a variety of restaurants, shops, bars, and supermarkets. Beyond its prime location, the historic building exudes charm and features a concierge service available for eight hours daily, ensuring a memorable stay.

Please note that reaching the apartment requires climbing approximately 30 steps, adding to its unique character and charm.

The living area is an open plan space with a dining table that seats six people and a kitchen area. The kitchen area is equipped with an induction hob, fridge-freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Americano coffee maker and moka pot. One of the highlights of the apartment is the roofed terrace. On the first floor there is also a living area with a TV, sofa and table. Guests will find a small balcony with two sunbeds, a small table and an outdoor shower up 5 small steps from the first floor. The shower is a popular way for guests to cool off after a day in the sun.

• Bedroom 1: has two single beds (these can be joined on request), a television, air conditioning, heating and a window overlooking the city. Access to the bedroom is from the living room.
• Bathroom 1: is equipped with a sink, bidet, shower, toilet and washing machine. Access to the bathroom is from the living room.

FIRST FLOOR (an internal staircase of about 15 steps connects the two floors)

• Bedroom 2 with ensuite bathroom: has a double bed, TV, air conditioning and heating. The bathroom has a sink, bidet, shower and toilet. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.
• Bedroom 3 with ensuite bathroom: has a double bed, air conditioning, heating and TV. The bathroom has a sink, bidet, shower and toilet. Access to the bedroom is from the corridor.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
