Holiday home with 4 beds in the historic centre of Sant'Agata de Goti with a panoramic view of the Taburno Regional Park. Close to bars, restaurants, shops, ATMs, places of artistic interest. Beautiful views from the whole house. For those seeking peace and quiet, good food, lots of greenery around. 1 hour's drive from Naples and Pompeii, 40 mins from the Royal Palace of Caserta and Benevento. Close to the most beautiful natural parks in Campania: Parco del Taburno, Parco del Matese, Parco del Vesuvio.
The house has an independent entrance and is built on two floors on the ancient fortified walls. On the first floor is the circular living room with a double sofa bed, fireplace, bookcase, TV, desk, and a large kitchen complete with appliances and utensils. On the first floor there is a bathroom with washbasin, bathtub/shower and bidet.
On the second floor is the double bedroom, with TV and wardrobe from which there is access to a small terrace with chairs and table with incredible views of the valley and surrounding mountains.
The house is complete with bed linen and towels. Cleaning is included in the price. Wi-fi throughout the house.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
