The house is on the fourth floor of a 1970s building with a beautiful view of the sea. It consists of a living area with living room, kitchenette and dining area. From here and from the balcony there is a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and Punta Licosa, which offers magnificent sunsets. A double bedroom, a second bedroom with two bunk beds and a windowed bathroom complete the accommodation. The well-kept interiors are in shades of blue and aquamarine, in Mediterranean style, and blend harmoniously with the surrounding landscape.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
