Detached house with swimming pool approx. 2 km from San Lupo (Benevento) on a farm nestled in the Sannio hills on the slopes of Mount Mutria. The accommodation offers plenty of space surrounded by nature, ideal for children and for walks in the park or for a romantic stay in privacy. It is possible to go hiking and mountain biking. About 4 km away is Guardia Sanframondi, a medieval hill town, where you can visit historical and monumental sites, as well as attend numerous events in the Guardia summer such as musical performances and cinema at the castle. The nearby Telese Terme, only 16 km away, allows guests to treat body and mind in its beautiful thermal water pools with hydromassage, in its saunas and with its mud baths, or to be pampered in the beauty centre. At the end of September, an important mushroom festival takes place in the area, attracting tourists from all over Europe. Equally enchanting are the illuminations of Salerno (98 km) that adorn the promenade and squares of this beautiful city. For winter sports enthusiasts, Campitello Matese (55 km) offers numerous possibilities for fun and entertainment.

The outdoor swimming pool is accessible during the warm season (from 15.05. to 31.10.). Opening times depend on weather conditions and may vary. Please note that although pets are allowed, it is not possible for animals to swim in the pool.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
