The holiday home "Elena" is in a secluded location all to itself. Do you like a location by the sea, a dream view, peace and quiet? Then this is a good address. An exceptional location. This is rare. You can enjoy the panorama, the peace and quiet and you can walk to the beach whenever you feel like it...the beach is only accessible to a few residents....you can easily reach the small, dreamy fishing villages such as Pioppi, Acciaroli, Punta Licosa, Castellabate and many others. A refuge of tranquillity. And this by the sea....:)
The house offers the following room layout on two floors: On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom/shower/wc. On the upper floor there is a living room. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas cooker, fridge, toaster and kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine is also available. Locked car park at the house. Solar energy. Garden shower. Upper floor fully air-conditioned. Basement with fan. Internet on request.
The house is located just outside the fishing village of Pioppi. If you drive further you will reach the popular seaside resort of Acciaroli.

Private pebble beach. Snorkelling paradise.
A private access road (with electric gate) is only accessible to a few users of the area. The nearest beach can be reached in a few minutes. This is made of pebbles. A few days ago, the sea water here received the best water awards. To be precise, it is in 2nd place. It is a true swimming paradise but also an ideal place for snorkelling. The beach consists of pebbles and natural stone. Rubber shoes are recommended. A new access to the sea was opened in August. So you can easily reach the marvellous sea on foot in 2 minutes!!!
From every corner of the house you can really enjoy a marvellous panorama...it is a pleasure to experience this. From the living room on the upper floor you can access the covered terrace and another very large terrace with barbecue, outdoor shower and a roof terrace...from which you can not only enjoy the vastness and the incredible panorama, but also see the many stars.
