The holiday home for 7 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is an air conditioner and a balcony. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

Large flat in an old building in the historic centre of Naples. Recently renovated saving with restoration, where possible, floors, ceilings approx. 4 m, balconies and internal doors belonging to different periods, 18th, 19th and 20th century. A few minutes' walk from the main cultural and artistic attractions of Naples, opposite the Naples Cathedral where the miracle of San Gennaro takes place, a few minutes from the Chapel of the Prince of San Severo where the Veiled Christ is located, 3 minutes from Spaccanapoli, 10 minutes' walk from the National Museum and no less than 7 other museums in the Duomo street alone where the accommodation is located. A 25-minute walk to the islands of the gulf, Capri, Ischia, Procida.

Comprises large bedroom with double bed with small balcony where you can smoke and en suite bathroom. Second smaller bedroom with French double bed (1.40), double sofa bed in the common area, living room, furnished with table, TV and kitchenette equipped with all the necessary kitchenware to cook for yourself. Second bathroom in the corridor. Heating, air conditioning, double facing, on one side in the inner courtyard of the building, on the other in a typical Neapolitan alley.

Attention: it is necessary to climb some stairs. Flat is on the 3rd floor WITHOUT LIFT. The flights of stairs are however easy and wide. Free WI FI (fibre optics) throughout the flat.

Check-in times to be agreed before arrival. check-out time at 11.00 a.m. The law obliges me to communicate within 24 h of your arrival at the accommodation your identification data, so I will ask for identity cards and passports of all occupants. No more guests will be accepted than are booked.

The main historical, cultural and artistic attractions can ALL be reached on foot: The Veiled Christ (Sansevero Chapel) The Naples Cathedral, The National Archaeological Museum, Monte della Pietà (where one of the 3 Caravaggio's in Naples is located) San Gregorio Armeno (the street of cribs), Spaccanapoli, Naples Underground, The Church of Santa Chiara, Piazza del Gesù and Chiesa del Gesu Nuovo, Piazza del Plebiscito with the Royal Palace (20 min. walk). All around pizzerias, ice-cream parlours, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies. Underground, both line 1 and line 2. Main railway station 1.5 km away.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
