The apartment can be rented entirely or individually in the bedrooms, which enjoy independent entrance and bathroom. Eventually it is possible to use the garage to park the car. We recommend small cars and better still scooters. From the Piazza di Panza it is a 5 minute walk. To reach the beach of Citara are about 3 km, which can also be done on foot or by public transport. From the house you can easily walk to the Sorceto bay (hot water spring), the Pelara (wild and isolated bay) and the Scannella. Also from Panza you can easily reach S. Angelo (small fishing village) or Forio, where you can spend the evening in a more lively way.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
