Villa Felice, a house with three holiday flats, is located in the hills of Castellabate, just a few steps from the town centre. The location is quiet and ideal for relaxing. Nevertheless, everything you need is within walking distance.

You enter the Felice 1 flat via the spacious kitchen. Each of the three flats has its own separate entrance. This is equipped with everything you need on holiday. There is a fridge with freezer compartment, gas hob, oven and even a dishwasher and filter coffee machine. The kitchen is separated from the cosy living area with sofa and TV by a beautiful dining area for six people with a view of the sea. The open-plan ambience is bright thanks to the many windows on all sides. So you not only have a sea view, but also a view of the beautiful hilly landscape on the coast from the sofa, for example. The large terrace is for the private use of guests and is equipped with a table and seating for 4 people, a large parasol and two cosy sun loungers. Just right for relaxing and sunbathing or for a romantic dinner with a sea view. At the back of the holiday flat there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, wardrobe and two small cupboards with bedside lamps. Between the two bedrooms is the daylight bathroom, equipped with a massage shower, toilet and bidet and a washbasin with mirror.

Castellabate is a picturesque village in the Cilento National Park. It was made famous by the cinema film "Welcome to the South". There is much to discover in the surrounding area, such as the temples of Paestum or the excavations of Velia, interesting castles and ruins. A paradise for hikers too, of course, and we will be happy to advise you on the best local routes. In summer, Castellabate is a bathing paradise and impresses with its beautiful sandy beaches and wonderfully clear water.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
