Villa Anita - is a holiday home with private access to the sea in a secluded location. An entire floor (ground floor) is rented out here. With private access. See floor plan. The upper floor is occasionally used by the owner herself over the weekend.

Visitors to the villa have plenty of space, many terraces and a unique view over the sea and the hinterland from wherever they are.

The house offers this room layout on two floors. On the ground floor there are two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower/bidet/wc and a washing machine. A very spacious living room (10 x 4 square metres) with dining table, 2 three-seater couch, TV satellite system (Astra) with radio reception. Stereo DVD player, a fireplace and a 70 square metre panoramic terrace overlooking the sea. The kitchen is a gas cooker with 5 plates. The oven is electric. Toaster, crockery, glasses for wine, water, champagne goblets... everything is sufficient and equipped for up to 12 people. Outside there is another covered terrace on this level. Garden furniture, tables and loungers. On the upper floor with separate and own access there is another, also very large flat. This is exactly the same size as the lower one. It can be rented separately on request. This can be occupied by the owner herself.

The nearest villages are Pioppi, Acciaroli, Casalvelino and Velia. There are also small harbours. The railway is 12 km away.

For the well-being of the guests there is also a hobby room with table tennis and a large barbecue. You can possibly park your own dinghy in the room... There is an outdoor shower in the garden. From the garden you have direct access to the beach. This is pebble and only visited by the house guests...it is a snorkelling paradise...but if you want a sandy beach...then this is 3 km away...

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
