Welcome to our charming summer flat in Roseto degli Abruzzi, located in a quiet semi-detached house. This cosy accommodation is the ideal choice for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday near the sea, enjoying all the comforts of home.

Our recently renovated flat can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. It consists of a spacious and bright double bedroom, perfect for a rejuvenating rest, and a small bedroom. In addition, the living room has a comfortable double French sofa bed, offering additional space for two more guests.

The modern and functional bathroom has a shower, washbasin, and all the necessary accessories for your stay. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare tasty meals on your own, offering everything you need for cooking, including a hob, oven, refrigerator and crockery.

The flat has a furnished balcony where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun or relax with a good book. The private garden is an oasis of tranquillity, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or for letting the children play safely. There is also a handy outdoor shower, perfect for cooling off after returning from the beach.

Guests will have access to all areas of the flat and the garden. The space for bicycles is perfect for those who like to explore the area by pedalling, offering an extra touch of freedom and adventure to your holiday.

Ideally located, the flat is only a few minutes' walk from the beautiful beach of Roseto degli Abruzzi. In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous restaurants, bars and shops, which will make your stay even more pleasant and comfortable.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
