Zopito's House is a practical flat on the second floor of a small building within a quiet residential complex in Loreto Aprutino. At the entrance, a security door gives access to a cosy open-plan living area including a lounge with fireplace and a living room, both comfortable and well organised, ideal for moments of relaxation and conviviality. This is followed by access to a large balcony shared with the kitchen and overlooking the Maiella and the surrounding area, perfect for enjoying the outdoors and dining. Adjacent to the living area is the kitchen, which is also large, well equipped and has a dining table. The flat is well distributed, with a clear separation between the living and sleeping areas, guaranteed by a door on the corridor which also provides more privacy. Along the corridor there are two bathrooms: the master bathroom, large and bright, is equipped with a bathtub and a window that makes it airy; the second bathroom, essential but functional, is equipped with shower, toilet, washing machine and laundry area.
The spacious double bedroom and the comfortable small bedroom with bunk beds both have a communicating balcony that offers a splendid view of the Gran Sasso and the surrounding countryside and glimpses the small Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Grazie, a charming little church dating back to the 1400s that adds a further touch of history and beauty to the panorama.
The flat is bright, with excellent natural ventilation thanks to the presence of several balconies. Mosquito nets and air conditioning guarantee a cool and comfortable environment in every season.
The apartment does not have a lift, but is equipped with every comfort and wifi, and offers the convenience of free parking on the street.

Loreto Aprutino is a charming village located in the Abruzzo region, in the province of Pescara. Perched on a hill between the Adriatic Sea and the Apennine mountains, it offers splendid panoramic views. With a past rich in history, the town retains numerous historical buildings, including the Chiola Castle, ancient churches such as the Church of San Pietro Apostolo, and the Acerbo Museum of Ceramics, dedicated to the local tradition.
Loreto Aprutino is also renowned for its production of high-quality olive oil and its farming traditions. The village has a quiet and authentic atmosphere, reflecting the typical character of Abruzzo.

The Aurum building, on the other hand, is known to have started out as a distillery for the liqueur of the same name. After years of flourishing activity, however, it was converted back to cultural use and is considered a cultural icon in the city. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
